Square footage is the one thing about your home we can both measure the same way. So we published the rate, put the calculator on this page, and let you price the job yourself — no walkthrough, no “starting at,” no waiting on a callback to find out if you can afford us.
The price you see is the price we book. It doesn’t change once we’ve seen the house, and it doesn’t creep three months in. If your home changes — you finish the garage, you add a room — we re-measure and tell you before the visit, not after.

How much does a house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the home and how often we come. At 1,500 sq ft: $165 weekly (subject to the $185 minimum), $225 biweekly, $255 every four weeks, $300 for a one-time clean and $420 for a full deep clean.
Why is your pricing published when other companies quote by phone?
Because square footage is the one thing about your home we can both measure the same way, so there is no reason to make you call to find out the number. The price on this page is the price we book.
Does the price change after you see the house?
No. The quote is binding on the square footage you give us. If the home turns out to be materially larger than stated, we tell you before the visit and re-quote — never after the work is done.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — $185 on any job, and $250 on a deep clean. Even a small home needs a real visit, and the minimum is what makes that visit worth a crew's time.
Do larger homes pay less per square foot?
Yes. The rate is banded, so square footage past the first 1,500 is charged at a lower rate, and past 3,000 lower again. Cleaning a big house is not proportionally more work.
Do you charge extra for supplies, travel or weekends?
No. Supplies, equipment and travel inside our service area are included in the rate. There is no fuel surcharge and no weekend premium.

Card on file, charged after each visit. No deposit and no prepayment.
