The math, in the open
Where every dollar of your visit goes.
We published this page because the cleaning industry hides its math. We don’t. You can trace your biweekly visit from the moment it hits our account to the moment it lands in your crew’s paycheck.
Find your price.
Type your square footage and pick a service. That’s it.
Example · a 2,400 sqft home on biweekly
$264 per visit
Commission pool split across the crew, plus trainer hourly.$132
Keeps us open. Funds equipment and growth.$66
Insurance, software, accounting.$26.40
This website, referrals, photography.$26.40
Real cost, not a surcharge.$7.92
Given to St. Pete nonprofits our team chooses.$5.28
That’s the whole picture. Nothing hidden behind a “service fee.”
Why per-square-foot
Because hours are dishonest.
Most cleaning companies quote by the hour. That creates a perverse incentive: the longer we take, the more we make. Square footage keeps us honest. A 2,400 sqft home is 2,400 sqft whether our crew finishes in two hours or four — your price doesn’t change, and ours doesn’t either. We’re paid the same whether we hustle or stroll.
That’s also why you’ll never get a “deep clean upsell” three months into service. The math is the math.
