The math, in the open

Where every dollar of your visit goes.

We published this page because the cleaning industry hides its math. We don’t. You can trace your biweekly visit from the moment it hits our account to the moment it lands in your crew’s paycheck.

Type your square footage and pick a service. That’s it.

Why per-square-foot

Because hours are dishonest.

Most cleaning companies quote by the hour. That creates a perverse incentive: the longer we take, the more we make. Square footage keeps us honest. A 2,400 sqft home is 2,400 sqft whether our crew finishes in two hours or four — your price doesn’t change, and ours doesn’t either. We’re paid the same whether we hustle or stroll.

That’s also why you’ll never get a “deep clean upsell” three months into service. The math is the math.
